A set of recipes and information that will build into a comprehensive guide to enjoying the EAT/Lancet diet which outlines how to eat well, eat healthily and most importantly, eat sustainably. Recipes provide cooking styles that can be adapted to a range of seasonal ingredients. Each ingredient is linked to information regarding its carbon footprint and its nutritional value.

Using spare allotment space and creating new spaces in the urban environment to grow veg. This can then be used to provide ingredients for '10-a-day' cooking courses. Courses make available free or 'at cost' meals on the proviso people come and cook the meals themselves. Those eligible for food banks given priority.

SWAP SHOP
Among the many potential uses for a pop-up outlet would be veg swaps, seed swaps, a library/research area for potential book swaps,who knows we may even end up swapping all manner of stuff, maybe even creating a Barter Bar for trading unwanted stuff for seeds, veg or other 'wanted' stuff. Pretty much anything that can agreeably and usefully be swapped will reduce waste.
